To flip or not to flip? (especially in today's market)

I'll be honest, flipping homes was not what it once was when all the reality TV shows first came out. 

Flipping a home is possible in today's market but will challenge you in some ways, however, it's still possible if you put your mind to it! 

Some challenges you may face:

-Limited Housing Inventory 
-Increased Competition
-Rising Construction Costs

Here's the good news- turnkey property demand remains strong and buyers are looking for move-in ready homes and are willing to pay more for them

Tips on how to overcome challenges:

Stay in touch with a local agent who can send you property notifications

Consider a business partner to allow for a larger purchase 

Have patience and understand the reward of flipping may take some time

Put your hard hat on, contact an agent, and get to it!
